Westurban  Baseball 

Fees and Fundraiser Information

Westurban Baseball is funded entirely  by user fees. We are not taxpayer funded  or financially supported by any government organization. Sponsor fees and registration fees along with Tournament fees, Concession sales and Fall leagues are used to support our complex and league, so that we can provide  youth baseball to the south central Kansas  area. In addition to playing games in our league and at our complex your player will receive a basic uniform (Tball only), yearbook ( ages tball-14) trophies (t-ball thru 10 -ages 11&12 only receives trophies for finishing in 1st 2nd or 3rd), post season certification (ages 8-14) and supplemental medical insurance that covers they players during the baseball season (all ages)

 

Team Fees

Sponsor Fee-$200 This is a per team fee and is separate of registration fees.

High School Fees-our High Schools  fees are  per team and based on the number of games in the season. Fees include post season certification and medical insurance

Ages 4-14 Individual Registration Fees

Individual Registration Fees- For the 2008 season start @$135.00 up to 155.00 depending on the players age. You have three options on how to pay. Two of those options include participation in our league Fundraiser which will be selling tickets to win a new vehicle .   Door-to-door selling is not necessary!! Sell to family, friends, neighbors and co-workers!

Option 1– you have elected not to participate  in our fundraiser and pay all your fees. Depending on the players age your cost will be as follows:

Due @ registration:

 Ages - 5 and under- $135.00-Fees include a basic uniform, trophy, yearbook, medical insurance

            6 -10           -$145.00-Fees include post season certification, trophy, yearbook, medical insurance

           11-14           -$155.00-Fees include post season certification, yearbook, medical insurance

Option 2– you have elected to participate in our fundraiser and  pay a lower registration fee. depending on the players age your cost will  be as follows:

Due @ registration:

    Ages -  5 and under- $55.00-Fees include a basic uniform, trophy, yearbook, medical insurance

              6 -10           - $65.00-Fees include post season certification, trophy, yearbook, medical insurance

              11-14           - $75.00-Fees include post season certification, yearbook, medical insurance

    and

        2a-You are required to sell 10 tickets@ $10.00 per ticket and turn in $100.00 prior to the money due date. Tickets are not returnable

      or

        2b-You can umpire 6 games for the league during the season-contact Eric for more information

Option 3– you have elected not to pay a registration fee and have decided to-

 Sell 20 Tickets.

 Ages -  5 -        Sell 20 Tickets- Fees include a basic uniform, trophy, yearbook, medical insurance

             6 -10    Sell 20 Tickets-Fees include post season certification, trophy, yearbook, medical insurance

            11-14    Sell 20 Tickets-Fees include post season certification, yearbook, medical insurance

You are required to sell 20 tickets@ $10.00 per ticket and  turn in $200.00 prior to the money due date. Tickets are not returnable.
